an open source architectural beadwork project from Kate McKinnon and a worldwide team of innovators
This was one of the most interesting and difficult patterns for us to present, and while the Superstars chapter is still in final edit, we wanted to share the Reverse patterns now as a gift to the community. We welcome your input.
This is still a test pattern, so we’re keeping a little list of errors found and corrected at the bottom of the post, please check it and note your printed copy. We’ll put up a fresh set of PDFs tomorrow. New PDFS were uploaded Weds, Dec 14 at 3:30 pm EST)
The Reverse Starflower would normally be classed as Advanced (and the patterns are still labeled that way) but we have the feeling that if a curious beginner or intermediate beader does the Flat Star pattern first, and reads carefully, they might be able to do this one too. Let us know?
Find the Flat Star download in this post if you missed it.
We are looking forward to seeing your Stars and Starflowers, and also to helping with any questions you have. Ask them here, in blog comments, or on Facebook, or anywhere else you see our team posting this on social media.
Have fun!
